What To Expect
Our full day trip from Vienna shows you the must-see places in Austria in a comfortable and flexible manner.
Your adventure begins with a scenic drive to Austrian Alps, where you will find out the facts of the highlight of the Wachau Valley, the magnificent Benedictine Abbey of Melk.
As you continue your journey, you will experience the natural splendour of the Salzkammergut Lake District, a paradise of serene waters and stunning alpine scenery.
The next highlight of the trip is the unique village of Hallstatt, located right on the shores of an Alpine lake with an amazing view of the huge mountains rising steeply from a narrow valley.
The next highlight is the City of the Sound of Music - Salzburg, where you will have free time to stroll through the Old Town, Mirabel garden, Mozart's Birthplace and enjoy the world capital of classical music.
If you find yourself enchanted by this magnificent city, you can stay there longer and return to Vienna at your own expenses by train.

Important info
Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Public transportation options are available nearby. Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Please note that you will cover approx. 660 km. by motorway on this day. It is approx. 8,5 hours drive with multiple stops. You will spend minimum 1 hour in Hallstatt and max. 2 hours in Salzburg. In case of traffic jams, the time can be shortened. If you want to get to know these cities in more detail, we strongly advise you to go to each of these cities separately.
