We offer pickup from any hotel in Xi’an. Please provide your hotel name and address when placing your booking. - Pickup Time & Process
Pickup time is between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM.
As this is a small-group tour, we’ll pick up guests in sequence according to hotel locations. The guide may not arrive exactly at 8:30 AM, but we guarantee no one will be left behind. - Meeting Location
If your hotel or guesthouse lobby is not on the first floor, please meet our guide at the building’s first floor entrance.
If the lobby is on the first floor, the guide will wait for you there.
