What To Expect
Take a private, curated day trip from Paris to Normandy to discover its moving history and hear stories from your guide that enrich your visit. In your comfortable, climate-controlled vehicle, we’ll travel to the Normandy beaches with pick-up at your hotel for maximum convenience.
Our first stop in Normandy is Utah Beach, where we’ll have a break to enjoy lunch at Le Roosevelt Restaurant and visit the Utah Beach Landing Museum inside a preserved German bunker. Tour the Higgins Boat monument and the Utah Beach Memorial.
Next, ride over to the Normandy American Cemetery at Omaha Beach. You can explore the visitor center and permanent exhibition, including a film about the American forces in World War II. The highlight is the special wreath-laying ceremony in the American cemetery. Your group may even be chosen to participate in the ceremony!
After you’ve had time to explore the beach, we’ll return to Paris and drop you off at your hotel.
