Moreover, one of the most complex wines, one of the most regulated wines, and one of the most prestigious wines, is Champagne! Therefore, we treat it as such during this one hour tasting experience.

We pull out rare bottles, Champagnes of extreme character, and we let you discover the difference between 'real' Champagne and the real Champagne. Balance, structure, intensity, acidity, tannins (sometimes), punctuate the lineup of our tasting experience.
