Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. We cannot take wheelchairs on-board, disabled guests are welcome but they will need to come out of their chair (with their carers assistance) to board the vessel and must be able to sit unaided on-board. . Please advise the operator in advance if you have a buggy or wheelchair and our team will look after your property whilst you are enjoying the experience.

The London Eye Pier is located directly underneath the London Eye, the ‘Boat ticket sales and entrance’ is on the right hand-side. Please do not queue at the ticket office as you have already pre-booked tickets, head straight down onto the floating pontoon towards Boarding Gate One.
