- Strollers, wheelchairs and mobility scooters are welcome on the tour. Wheelchairs are available
- You can leave strollers in the cloakroom located in the Tottenham Experience Store

- This is a self-guided tour with tour guides situated along the route to assist you
- You'll be set up with your device by a tour guide. The audio and visual content, available in English and British Sign Language, will be activated automatically
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your tour to allow time for bag check and check-in. Refunds will not be given if you are unable to attend your tour due to late arrival
- All guests will pass through a bag check upon entry. Small bags 21cm long x 15cm high or smaller may be taken on the tour, larger bags must be left in the free cloakroom located in the Tottenham Experience Store
- Assistance dogs are welcome. If you plan to attend with your pet, please notify the local provider's customer care in advance. You'll find the contact information on the voucher you'll receive after booking
