Our driver will arrive at the pickup point at the time requested in the booking.
The driver will then wait a further 15 minutes before leaving the pickup point, unless we are informed that you may need more time to get ready for pickup.
That is a total of 15 minutes of free waiting time.
Additional waiting time fees of £12.50 will apply for every 15 minutes, this rate includes waiting time for the driver.
