Not allowed:
- Access to the exhibition with baby strollers, suitcases, or other bulky items is not permitted. You can purchase the cart service for £3, and there will be lockers available for bulky items at the entrance
- Outside food and drinks
Know in advance:
- Children under 4 can visit free of charge, no ticket needed. Minors under 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Children from the age of 8 onwards are allowed to participate in the VR Experience on their own
- Skip-the-line access to the VR Experience is included in the VIP ticket. For Standard ticket holders, access to the VR Experience can be purchased separately on-site
- Reduced-price tickets are available for students, senior citizens aged 65 and over, and disabled guests
- The experience contains strobe lights, if strobe lights affect you, please do let the venue staff know upon arrival
- Please bear in mind that socks need to be worn in the bubble bath. Cloakroom available on-site
