Please note that vouchers are valid for 180 days from the date of purchase
Tickets valid for more than 24 hours (Essential and Explore options) must be used across consecutive days
The Essential and Explore ticket options include a complimentary walking tour for the duration of 2 hours, and a panoramic night tour that runs daily and lasts 1 hour
Please note that the night tour is a panoramic bus tour, not a hop-on, hop-off tour
Kids Go Free: 1 x free child ticket with each adult ticket purchased
Children under 5 can travel for free
The tour operates daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, the loop lasts 1 hour and 40 minutes, and its frequency is every 15–30 minutes
The tour does not run on March 17th and from the 20th to the 26th of December
Pre-recorded commentary available in English, French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Cantonese, and Russian

Meeting Point

Redeem your e-vouchers from the bus driver or a member of staff at any of the stops. Customers with a paper voucher should go to Stop 1 or 24 to redeem their vouchers. / The complimentary walking tour starts from the SPIRE on O'Connell Street at 11:00 am daily. / The Night Tour (included in the Explore and Essential ticket options) departs from Big Bus Stop #1 at 7:00 pm, please arrive 15 minutes in advance of the departure time to secure your seat.
