The first stop of our Made in Florence Tour will be at the Salvatore Ferragamo Museum, which displays photos, sketches, and a collection of shoes designed by Salvatore and his daughter Fiamma for many VIPs over the years: the Museum's exhibitions change regularly, offering a diverse selection of pieces.
Our tour will continue with a visit to the historical Officina Profumo-Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella, which opened to the public in 1612 and still preserves 14th-century frescoes. It sells original Dominican monks’ products like perfumes, soaps, and cosmetics in the splendid halls of the ancient monastery.
Our last stop will be to the nearby Church of Santa Maria Novella. Many masterpieces are displayed here, such as the Trinity by Masaccio, the crucifixes by Giotto and Brunelleschi, and, in the transept, the lively Renaissance frescoes by Ghirlandaio and Filippino Lippi.
