Locate Your Ticket Number: Open your booking confirmation PDF. Your login code will be either a 10-digit number, or start with "BR-" followed by 10 digits, or "VIA-" followed by 10 digits.
Log In: In the app, select "Create" and enter your details. Use the ticket number as your Booking Reference.
Timing: Your code becomes active 24 hours before your selected booking date. You will not be able to log in earlier than this.
Customize Your Walk: Once logged in, you can choose your own start and end points and customize your route based on your location.

Not needed for our activity, every puzzle is related to the outdoor areas of the attractions and you won’t need to pay anything extra or enter the attractions. Max 15 people per booking in Florence.
