What To Expect
Experience the magnificent Duomo of Florence and make the most of your visit with skip-the-line entry. Listen in your own language and enjoy a 30-minute guided tour in English – all while you admire one of the largest cathedrals in the world.
Start by meeting your guide at Piazza del Duomo. From there, you’ll head over to the Duomo, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and showcase of Gothic and Renaissance architecture, sculptures and art. The iconic facade was delicately crafted with multiple colours of marble and arranged in geometric patterns.
As you gaze up at Brunelleschi’s dome, hear stories about this marvel of architecture, and take snaps of the famous fresco painting, The Last Judgement (Vasari and Zuccari).
Afterwards, enjoy an independent visit to the Museum of the Misericordia and uncover the history of Florence during the Black Plague and more.

Meet your tour guide at Piazza del Duomo 19/20, in front of the Museo della Misericordia. Your guide will be wearing a ‘VoxCity’ uniform. Your tour will depart at the booked timeslot. Please arrive 5 minutes early so you do not miss the departure. Late arrivals will not be permitted or issued refunds. Please note entry is subject to a dress code: shoulders and knees must be covered. Scan the QR code on your voucher to download the audio guide before arrival. Please note the guided tour duration is 30 minutes and will be in English. Non-English speakers can follow along with the digital audio guide in French, German, Italian, Spanish, Chinese and Japanese. After the tour concludes, visitors are free to continue exploring Florence Cathedral, or visit the Museum of the Misericordia independently
