Access is not allowed with exposed shoulders or knees, nor with sandals, flip-flops, hats, or sunglasses. Tight clothing, tank tops, sleeveless shirts, and low-cut tops are not permitted. Shorts or skirts must be at least knee-length

To avoid overcrowding, please arrive at the meeting point no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals, more than 5 minutes, may be denied entry
Holders of tickets that guarantee access to any monument in the Piazza Duomo complex must leave luggage exceeding the permitted dimensions at the Luggage Storage (Piazza Duomo 38/r) before the start time of the visit. Visitors with prohibited items will not be allowed entry. The storage service is free and included in the ticket price
