What To Expect
Enjoy the experience of a full day tour of Florence in a private group with the fast train and an assistant who will accompany you throughout the trip. When you arrive the assistant will show you the most characteristic and interesting places, you will learn about the habits of the Florentines, you will visit the market of San Lorenzo, famous for leather and shoes.
For lunch, you have many options as typical restaurants, but the most famous dish in Florence is the Florentine steak with good red wine.
In the afternoon visit the city with a guide, breathe the atmosphere of the medieval streets and the artisans' workshops and see masterpieces by Michelangelo, Leonardo Da Vinci and Botticelli, including Michelangelo's David at the Accademia. See the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, with its beautiful dome designed by Brunelleschi and admire the Baptistery and Giotto's Bell Tower.
