Customers have a mandatory meeting time stated 30 minutes prior the scheduled departure time due to managing and organizational reasons.. Tickets for this tour are nominative and will show the visitor's personal data. Please note that these tickets are nominative for each participant and it will not be possible to change the name after the purchase. In case of mismatch with the identity document, access to the Colosseum will not be allowed and no refund will be issued.
