What To Expect
Enter the Colosseum at your allotted time, relive the stories of emperors and gladiators. Begun under the emperor Vespasian in 72 AD, and completed by his son Titus in 80 AD, the Colosseum was the largest amphitheater ever built. Imagine the ferocious fights between man and beast, as you stand in the elliptical arena, comprised of 4 levels, and once able to seat up to 73,000 spectators.

Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Public transportation options are available nearby. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Luggage or large bags, dangerous metal objects (a knife for example), spray not allowed. Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.. it's required an ID (for example a passport even in a picture on mobile phone) for people under 18 years old.. Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.. Inform us if between the visitors there is Euro Citizens with ID (Age 18-25).
