What To Expect
Late the day before the reservation, the final ticket will be sent by email and/or also by WhatsApp message. Check your spam if you do not receive the email or recheck your WhatsApp message. To access the monument, simply show your ticket at the main entrance without printing it.
The last entrance to Castel Sant'Angelo is at 6:30 p.m. You can come at any time before closing on the day of the reservation. You will have to climb a flight of stairs to reach the panoramic terrace.
If you have chosen the audio guide option, download instructions will be sent to you by email after your reservation. A smartphone with Android (version 5.0 or higher) or iOS is required for the audio guide option. The download requires 100 to 150 MB of free space.
