Just 20 minutes from Rome, Pallavicini Mori Village is a oasis of tranquility and elegance blending historical charm with modern hospitality. Once home to noble families, it features exposed beams, terracotta floors, and a courtyard with an ancient fountain. Surrounded by oak forests and Etruscan relics, it offers peace while remaining close to the capital.
You will receive hands-on training from expert chefs, learning to prepare fresh pasta and tiramisù using techniques you can easily replicate at home.
Discover the rich traditions of Italian cuisine, including the role of truffles in local gastronomy. Learn how to pair ingredients, balance flavours, and create authentic Italian dishes. A the end, enjoy a four-course truffle-based meal with fine wine and water.
At the end of the day, relax as our driver brings you back to Rome.

Service animals allowed. Public transportation options are available nearby. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Any intolerance or allergy must be notified in due time when booking, you can also send us an email (Vegetarian and Gluten-Free options available upon request). Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult. The driver service from the metro is included in this ticket but if you prefer to reach the experience location on your own, please advise us by email when booking. Out of respect for other punctual participants, we cannot wait for latecomers longer than 10 minutes at the meeting point (Ottaviano metro Station, line A). Children aged 5 and 6 do not pay.
