Pickup Details
Your guide will pick you up directly from your hotel, ryokan, or guesthouse in Kyoto City, or from a designated location such as Kyoto Station. If your accommodation is outside Kyoto City or more than 10 km from central Kyoto, pickup will be arranged from Kyoto Station or a nearby meeting point.

Please go to the Karasuma Central Exit (ground level), where your guide will be waiting with a sign displaying your name or “KyotoNusa Tours.”
Please be ready 5–10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. If you have any trouble finding your guide, we will provide a contact number for assistance.
