Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Public transportation options are available nearby. Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Customers must wait at the hotel lobby for morning pick up 30 minutes before departure for redemption to avoid any delay.. Please refer to the schedule and select your preferred pick up timings and locations before check out.. If your hotel is not located within the Kuala Lumpur City Centre and Bukit Bintang area, please arrange your own transport to our meeting point at ibis Fraser Business Park.. Please show staff member your voucher upon alighting the vehicle. Awana SkyWay tickets is not include in this package and you have feel free to purchase 2 way tickets from any available kiosk on the day. . Estimate hotel pick up time will be advised by the operator one day before via WhatsApp or email depending on your hotel location during the pick up route.
