Please ensure that you are contactable at the contact number you provided at checkout, as the operator will send a confirmation message once your transfer is arranged. When booking, please choose a vehicle that can accommodate your group size. The operator reserves the right to request guests to book an additional cab in cases where the size of your traveling party does not fit your chosen vehicle on the day of travel. There will be an extra charge of RM 40 for each additional drop off or pick up stop, to be paid in cash directly to the driver. Please wait outside your hotel lobby or at the designated pick up location at least 5 minutes before pick up time. Please call the operator if you are unable to find your driver. The driver will wait for you up to 15 min from your scheduled pick up time. If you will be delayed, please call the local operator hotline to inform them of the delay. The driver has the right to charge you RM 20 per 15 min. If you are uncontactable after the waiting time, it will be considered a 'no show'. The driver will leave and no refund will be issued
