What To Expect
Have you heard about Fireflies insect? It is a unique insect that can be found here in the mangrove forest of Malaysia is the firefly, or better known locally as the “Kelip-Kelip”. It actually produces a cold light without infrared or ultraviolent frequencies and can be seen at night.
The insect grows very well in brackish water in the Mangrove trees.
A trip to Malaysia would be incomplete without exploring the uniqueness and miracles of the Kuantan Village Fireflies found in the midst of mangrove trees in this small villages. Visitors would experience riding on a traditional sampan (boat ride) and down the Selangor River and observe the fireflies in close proximity.

Important info
Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. What to Bring - Insect repellent, Camera, & Sport sandals. What to Wear - Light and comfortable clothing (preferably dry-fit material), Walking shoes, It is recommended to wear closed shoes. This tour will push through rain or shine. In case of rain, please do bring an umbrella or poncho. The use of flash photography is not permitted during firefly tours. . The rest of the time will be spent for transport to get from one place to the other.
