Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Public transportation options are available nearby. Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. There is no wheelchair provided for this trip but the tour guide will assist the elderly to stay comfortable during the boat ride if required.. Not recommended for travelers who have fear or phobia of drowning or riding in a boat

Complimentary pickup and drop off is only for hotels and residences located in Kuala Lumpur City Center vicinity which are ten kilometers radius from Twin Towers.
Kindly wait at the hotel entrance and your driver will pick you up from there. For pickups outside of Kuala Lumpur City Center, outskirts hotel, a surcharge of RM 80 (eighty) per car per way is required, payable directly to the driver in cash.
