Your guide will be wearing a dark blue ‘VoxCity’ uniform. Tours last around 2 hours and will depart at the time you have booked. Please arrive 5 minutes early if possible. Redeem your voucher for a bus pass at any KL Hop-On Hop-Off bus stop. Please keep your physical ticket for verification. The nearest bus stop to the Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur hotel is Stop No. 10 – Aquaria / KLCC Park on the City (Red) route. Buses run daily from 9am to 6pm, and pass by every 30-40 minutes. Bus passes are only valid for the date booked. Scan the QR code on your voucher to download the sightseeing app before arrival
