Unlike standard cooking schools, this class combines a lively local market visit with an authentic organic farm experience. Guests don’t just cook — they also feed and hug chickens, collect eggs, and explore a mushroom hut before heading to a cozy open-air kitchen. What makes it truly special is the focus on knowledge and culture: our instructors explain Thai herbs, spices, sauces, and traditions in detail, so you leave not only with delicious dishes but also with a deeper understanding of Thai cuisine and daily life. With small group sizes and hands-on guidance, it feels more like joining a family meal than attending a class.
Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Specialized infant seats are available. Children under the age of 10 are welcome as visitors.
Pick-up time is around 8:30–9:00 AM. Please wait in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled time. The driver will meet you there.
