The full day class offers the most complete Thai cooking experience in Chiang Mai. Begin at a local market to explore ingredients, then spend time on our organic farm feeding chickens, collecting eggs, and visiting the mushroom hut. In the open-air kitchen, you’ll prepare 7 dishes and 1 drink, with personal guidance every step of the way. A highlight of this intensive class is learning how to make fresh coconut milk the traditional way with a wooden grater — a rare skill few cooking schools teach. With more time to cook, learn, and ask questions, this session is perfect for travelers who want a deeper cultural and culinary experience.
Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Children under the age of 10 are welcome as visitors.
