Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness. Bamboo rafting may be canceled in the rainy season if water levels are too high.. Trekking duration varies from 4 to 6 hours, depending on the group's pace and activities. The rice fields are lush and green from June to November during Thailand's rice-growing season. Outside this period, the fields may be dry or harvested. This tour promotes eco-tourism and supports the local community. The rout for trekking is under control national park .Please be prepared for hiking and respect the environment.. Luggage Policy: You can bring a small pack with you, while larger luggage can be stored at the office. However, please keep all valuable items with you at all times.. Swimming at the waterfall is decided by group majority. If most people agree, swimming will be included.. Suitable for children aged 4 and above
