From your Chiang Mai hotel, take a tuk-tuk, Grab, or red songthaew to Tha Phae Gate, the historic east entrance to the Old City. It’s fast, easy, and affordable—most trips within the city take under 15 minutes. Walking is also an option if you're nearby.
Alternatively, pickup is available directly from your hotel within Chiang Mai Town. Pickup times are scheduled between 09:00 AM and 09:30 AM. Your precise pickup time will be communicated to you via email; therefore, we advise you to consult your inbox. Kindly meet your driver in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup. Arriving more than 10 minutes late or after our departure may result in a no-show designation.
