Children are charged the same rate as adult unless the child is suitable to sit on a parent's lap. Guests over 80 years are present a medical certificate confirming they are capable to fly. The maximum weight limit per participant is 95 kg. For safety reasons, individuals exceeding this limit will not be permitted to join the activity. If any booking details (such as child’s age, height, or number of participants) differ from what was provided, must be corrected with an additional payment on the spot. On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund

Meeting Point
Please plan to meet your driver at meeting point at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after we have moved from your hotel, you may be considered a no-show.
You can get picked up from your hotel in Chiang Mai Town. The pickup time starts between 05:00 AM – 06:00 AM or 03:00 PM – 04:00 PM depend on your departure time. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed by email after you have made the booking. Please plan to meet your driver at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after we have moved from your hotel, you may be considered a no-show.
