Travelers who don’t require pickup can meet us directly at Arusha Clock Tower
Airport Pickup: For travelers being picked up from Kilimanjaro International Airport, our representative will meet you at the arrivals hall holding a sign with our company logo and your name. Please provide us with your flight details at the time of booking to ensure a smooth pickup process.

Hotel Pickup: For travelers being picked up from their hotels, please wait in the lobby at the designated pickup time. Our representative will arrive at the specified time and will identify themselves with our company logo.

Confirmation Call: Prior to pickup, travelers will receive a confirmation call or message to reconfirm the pickup details and ensure everything is in order for a seamless experience.

Luggage Handling: Our team will assist with handling luggage and ensuring it is safely stowed in the vehicle.
