What To Expect

Ngorongoro crater is the largest intact caldera covering 310 kilometer square, 600 meters deep and 20 kilometers across. It is one of the breathtaking natural wonders of Tanzania. It is a place within the Ngorongoro conservation area where man and wildlife come directly into contact. The crater serves as a habitat to a number of species of plants and animals found inside the crater.

Important info

Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Specialized infant seats are available. Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
