- Should your travel plans change, rest assured that unused, unactivated CityPASS tickets are eligible for no-fee returns for 365 days from purchase. Requests may take up to 30 days to process
- Reservations may be required at some attractions. Visit the My CityPASS® App for up-to-date attraction information including reservations, entry instructions, hours of operation and helpful tips to plan your visit
- Entry processes vary at each attraction. Some attractions may have security screening or timed-entry reservations, or they may require that you obtain a ticket of their own. As a result, you may encounter some lines
