Booking:
Customers can book online, email or via phone by providing trip details, including pickup and drop-off locations, date, time, and special requests. Once confirmed, they receive a booking confirmation with all trip details.
Client MUST provide an email!
Client MUST provide us with the Flight Number.
The luggage capacity for SUVs is limited to 4 suitcases and 4 carry-on bags. Excess luggage is not permitted in the seating area of the vehicle. Please ensure you select the appropriate vehicle type based on your luggage needs.
Driver Assignment:
A professional driver is assigned to the trip, and customers receive the driver’s name, contact information, and vehicle details before the service.
Pickup Notification:
For airport pickups, the driver monitors the flight status and texts the customer upon landing to guide them to the meeting point.
Client MUST have their phone turned on at the time of the pick up!!!
Pickup Process:
The driver arrives on time at the specified location, assists with any luggage, and confirms the destination for added assurance.
We provide a complimentary 60-minute waiting time for airport pick-ups. After this period, additional charges will apply. If we do not receive any communication from you within the included waiting time, the chauffeur will leave, and a 100% charge will be applied. Documentation such as call logs, text messages, or GPS records will be provided as proof.
