You MUST have completely closed-toe shoes to ride or drive for your safety! If you show up without wearing closed-toe shoes, you will not be able to ride. Credit Card must be called into the suppler before tour begins for any incidentals that happen on tour. Credit Card holder is responsible for all incidents/damages and credit card will be charged to cover the damages. . Sneakers, boots, or closed-toed shoes only. Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund. Minimum age is 16 years to operate the ATV with a valid drivers license and parent present. Riders under 18 years must have a parent or guardian present. Safety gear provided & a Safety and Operations Orientation provided before tour begins. . We recommend no shorts due to the desert terrain and cacti. You are in the desert and need to be aware that rattlesnakes, cacti, and other wildlife may be present. We do our best to keep you safe, but you are still in the desert, so please dress accordingly.
