Service animals allowed. Public transportation options are available nearby. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Please arrive 15-20 minutes early! Boarding begins promptly 5 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. The boat will not come back for late arrivals. Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately. Only animals that perform a manual task to assist a person are permitted aboard. Emotional support animals and pets are not permitted. Please let us know in advance if assistance is required for boarding. Bring a photo ID that matches the name listed on the reservation. Large group bookings are not permitted. Multiple bookings are subject to added fees or cancellation by operator. Guests are not permitted to bring aboard alcohol

The boat departs from and returns to Chelsea Piers, on Pier 62, which is located at the northern end of the Chelsea Piers Complex. Our ticket booth is located on the water just steps from our dock. Please check in at the Classic Harbor Line ticket booth upon arrival.
