Service animals allowed. Public transportation options are available nearby. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness. Bring as few personal items as possible. There is no place to store bags and other personal belongings.. Bring water, appropriate clothing for being outside, and wear comfortable shoes for jogging APPROXIMATELY FOUR MILES.
Meet your guide at the corner of W. 77th and Central Park West. We start our run entering at Naturalists Gate. We will learn some tips for exiting the race area, some strategies for meeting up with family/friends after the race, and learn some history of how Central Park came to be.
